This is a brand new dance tote from horizon Designs, it is trimmed with a gathered organza tutu  on the bottom accented with a sage bow. It features new and untouched hangtags, this item has a flat bottom so it will sit up if it has something in it. It is there tutucute tote. It measures 9.5 by 10.5 (not counting the handles), there is an internal pocket and it zips across the top . The fabric is a satin finish fabric over a vinyl so it is fairly water resistant. It would be ideal for any prisspot from 3 to 11 or so. Cute bag and I have only this one. It is a retired style line so it is no longer available and therefore unique. gmrmCP9
