    This is a handwritten receipt given by C.J. Johnson Co. of Michigan on Aug. 13, 1886 to a 'D.B. Squibb, Muskegan Michigan', for 5 Boxes of Cheese @.18 with a $.25 chge for a grand total of .43. Brand shipped was Goodrich. Verso is endorsed in ink 'C.J. Johnson Co.'. A Good copy, there is a a 1 inch long tear with slight loss of paper in the middle of the left hand side and two small holes (paper clip?) also on the left side near the beginning of the buyers name.  Otherwise solid and clean.
